THE TEAM

	Charlie Solares Managing Director Charlie founded SAGE Land and House in 2004.  By nationality he is Mexican-American & Thai and he has a diverse background with each of these cultures. After going to school in the states and receiving his Masters Degree in Business & Psychology, he decided to leave the West and seek a more balanced and simple life in the tropics of Thailand. He has over 15 years of experience in Real Estate and specialises in investments, property management, sales and marketing and negotiations. He is also the founder of Green Cross an environmental group in Koh Phangan.  Holding beach clean-ups around the island the group is constantly looking for ways to incorporate green value strategies into practical everyday home builds. 	Preechaya Wichiantiab (Pang) Pang is Thai and originally from Bangkok. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from Srinakharinwirot University and has experience in the customer service field.   After living in Koh Phangan for a couple of years, Pang joined the SAGE Team as a Sales Consultant and is very enthusiastic about property acquisition and client liaison.
