Description

This newly built villa is located on the beach in Bantai on the south west coast of the island.  The villa has easy access of the main government road and feels private once you enter the property.

On the first floor there is an open plan living space with indoor/outdoor undercover kitchen.  There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom as well as a second bedroom ideal for a child or for a single person.  The living space opens out onto an undercover outdoor dining space and then to a beautiful pool and grassy lounge area.  Next to the pool is a sala for relaxation and shade and behind this is an outside bathroom perfect for pool access.

On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Each of these bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom.  There is a spacious balcony shared by both bedrooms with enough space for a table and chairs  to enjoy breakfast or sunset with spectacular sea views out to Koh Samui.

All bedrooms have air-conditioning, the kitchen is fully equipped and the property is only a few minutes walk from many restaurants.

There is a studio apartment located next door to the villa which includes a double bedroom with ensuite, a small kitchenette and dining space.  This property can be rented in addition to the villa if another bedroom is required.
