This land is located at the village of Mae Haad on the North West coast of Koh Phangan. Mae Haad is just a 20 minute drive from Thongsala – the main town and port of the island. The land is a former coconut palm grove, set on the hillside overlooking the bay it only takes a 3 minute walk to the village shops, and a 5 minute walk to Mae Haad’s stunning sunset beach. The beach is famous for the sand bar connecting to the small island of Koh Ma and offers the best snorkelling spot on Koh Phangan.
